Digital video and sound fine artist - have given up using time-based media as a label as many artists do not understand it! Much of my practice involves trying to comprehend the art, cinema and art philosophical theories of Gilles Deleuze.

And I am not always very successful at it, hence, I use practical work i.e. through process to attempt to work through it rather than a predominantly academic approach. The failures can be the most stimulating of view.
