London based artist Leigh Glover is a painter working primarily in oils, but also in watercolour and pencil. Leigh is a “painterly painter” with a notable freedom and looseness in his work displaying a keen sense of colour and movement. He is motivated to observe and portray landscapes and portrait sitters with a sense of life. Through the use of colour and brush strokes he achieves an animated scene or character on canvas.
