Filmmaker Stella Scott was recently awarded the North London Film Fund to realize a short film called 'Finding Hal'. We are looking for actors to appear in the film. The Synopsis: Growing up in tough environments Stella and Hal rely on an invented world they have created together to survive an emotional struggle. Their stubborn refusal to acknowledge their reality continues even when Hal’s home life collapses forcing him to be fostered. They are separated without a word of acknowledgement spoken. After ten years apart Stella searches for him. She wants to know he is well but underneath these altruistic feelings she needs to see him again so she can let go of her past. Set in the 1990ties and present day London this autobiographical story will be told poetically with a strong use of visuals and sound.
