Sandra Shevey segues into the 12th year of her homage to director Alfred Hitchcock and leads walking tours around his London film locations every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11am. The walks run year-round including Christmas and the New Year. The walk profiles locations from 3 classic Hitchcock films: `Frenzy`, `The Man Who Knew Too Much` (1956) and `The Paradine Case`. The walk sustains throughout Westminster but also includes locations in 3 or 4 other London boroughs. Some of the director`s more arcane locations are revealed. The walk concludes with a stop at the director`s favourite pub where Sandra plays soundbites from her 1972 interview and discusses what the director was really like. She runs through some of his original storyboards and location photos of the locations at time of shooting. £25 excl Travelcard Contact: sandra_shevey@yahoo.com Sandra introduces an Alfred Hitchcock Breakfast Walk in 2010. |
