I provide business services to the arts including fundraising advice, bid-writing and project management services. My background includes and established career working as arts practitioner in African music and dance, as well as combined arts activities. I have also worked in paid and freelance positions for Arts Council England, Big Lottery, BBC Children in Need, New Opportunities Fund and National Lottery Charities Board. My recent experiences involve working as a Fundraising Advisor for the CVS network and as a volunteer fundraiser for a number of local charities in London and the West Midlands. These positions included fundraising and capacity building activities, such as training in project management and peer supporting Trustees to improve their knowledge and skills within the not-for-profit and arts sectors.
