London Writers’ Café is a group for all writers to network, share, read and discuss their creative writing – in all its forms – we welcome all writers to take part. The aim of LWC is to provide a forum where writers can join in and connect with other writers.

The group began in 2006, by just a few writers who wanted to regularly get together to share their work for feedback and honest critiques. Today, LWC is a thriving community of more than 900 writers, with an average of 27 members attending regular group meetings in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Our meetings take place on the second Thursday and third Monday, from 7-9:30pm, each month. It’s free to join the site and meetings are just £2 each. Any member, new or old, is welcome to bring their work along to read out. Request to read aloud can be reserved when you arrive on the night.

So, if you’re looking for constructive feedback, advice, information and just want some time with other writers, LWC is the place for you!
