The studio could easily be shared by 2 or more artists and studio occupants will get their own set of keys. The gallery and studios are fully insured and have CCTV coverage as well as free WIFI access.

This particular studio would lend itself well for the use of darkroom, for film-makers or sound. It has it's own water point and sink. The only draw back is that it does not have any natural day light, but has good over head lighting.
