Bay, Phoenix

Phoenix was named the People's Photographer by Duke Vin (Ska DJ) in 1945. Phoenix has photographed ska musicians including Prince Buster, Lee Perry etc. He photographs people in all places including parties, clubs, on the street and at the Nottinghill Carnival.
