Coffee House Poetry at the Troubadour presents readings of the best of contemporary poetry from new & established writers/local, regional & international in the famous Troubadour basement, one of London's liveliest & best loved poetry venues since the 1950s. Seasonal programmes reflect the culturally diverse nature of London & the South East as well as recognising London's role as cultural capital & international destination.
Special events include:
magazine & book launches, new voices, events;
evenings of international poetry; poetry for celebrations of famous poets;
themed creative writing workshops;
and poetry party evenings.
