I am a performing arts practitioner. My training started during my childhood, during my formative years in Italy. First performed in to an audience as a singer aged 9yrs. By the age of 11yrs accepted for training in classical ballet at the Opera House School 'La Scala'in Milan. At 16 signed my first contract touring Italy. Arrived in London, my mother's home city,in 1974,were I resumed dance training in Covent Garden at the The Dance Centre, the Pineapple Dance Centre and the Urdang Academy. I trained with Arlene Phillips, Ray Collins, Ivor Maggido & other well established teachers. I always took an interest in broadening my view by learning from world specialists, as often as possible, attending classes with a range of world performance specialists such as Ray MacLeans'(African Jazz)who introduced me to my first performance with to the Notting Hill Carnival in 1978) and Flora Gatha's in South East Asian Dance. Toured Italy, Greece & Germany as a backing singer/dancer Danced my way around London Fringe theatres. I Was particularly interested in World Dance disciplines, and earned a Dance Leader in the Community Certificate in RBKC. Made a transition from Dance to Drama in 1981, when I joined the Equity actor's union as a full member.
