Nayyar, Ruby

Ruby, founder of Indiadances.com completed her early training as a young child under the Bharitya Vidhya Bhavan in London.

She later, continued her studies under Guru Ji- Priya Pawar, gaining a thorough grounding in the Jaipur Gharana of Kathak. Her quest for enriching her art with the techniques of classical dance combined with contemporary dance has proven fruitful and rewarding as she has developed workshops teaching Classical and Bollywood classes in the UK and abroad.

Pioneering in ‘Parent & Child Hindi for Dance’ workshop with Greenwich Community College, Ruby currently teaches both adults and children a foreign language through dance.

Ruby teaches workshops in schools and local communities and performs for charity, corporate or private events.
