The "Animal of Your Heart" Workshop introduces you to your "Heart's Animal". This is an tool that you can use to help you with Emotional Intelligence.



The workshop begins with me telling my story, "The Elephant of My Heart", (more info can be found about my book on www.animalofyourheart.co.uk). Then I ask if you would like to find your own "Heart's Animal"? This is when the fun begins.



Once you have found your "Heart's Animal" then the creativity begins. We make masks, write poems & plays, make music using drums, make friendship bracelelts and many, many other exciting creative ideas.
