African Image Alliance

African Image Alliance is an arts organisation, whose main mission is to work towards a more positive portrayal of Africa, Africans and African culture in the Diaspora.
We seek to enhance the general public's understanding of Africa's diverse culture, heritage and contemporary society through our unique strand of public programmes, services, consultation advice, Visual Arts and Performance event. We also support the infrastructure and work of other African groups in the voluntary and community sector to achieve this collective objective.
We are committed to unity and partnerships, and seek working alliances with stakeholders, corporations, organisations and individuals, both Africans and non-Africans, on the continent and in the Diaspora; whose goals are also to promote the positive aspects of African heritage and culture.
