Acceptance of TermsTheseer.info provide services to you as a registrant, subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by Theseer.info from time to time without notice.

Description of Services
Theseer.info currently provides users with access to a collection of online resources. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions. In order to use the services, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.
Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of use of the services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Theseer.info forms (Regististration, What’s On, Opportunities and News) and (b) maintain and promptly update, at least on an annual basis, this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Theseer.info has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Theseer.info has the right to suspend or terminate your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of the services (or any portion thereof).
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Theseer.info, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via the services. Theseer.info does not control the Content posted via the services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
In order to use the service you must register on Theseer.info. You are fully responsible for all postings that are received by subscribers to the mailing list submitted from your email account.
You confirm that you operate security procedures to prevent the unauthorised use of your email account and that you will to notify Theseer.info immediately of any unauthorised use of your email account.
Use of www.theseer.info to post News, What’s On and Opportunities
Theseer.info provides the facility to post news, what’s on and opportunities for no charge. In order to use this service you must have first registered on Theseer.info, and have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of use.
Theseer.info will only approve information that is relevant to the arts and creative industries in London.
Postings
You agree that you will not post material that contains content which is harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, harassing, defamatory, offensive (racially, sexually or ethnically), promotes a political view or is otherwise objectionable.
You will not post or transmit chain letters, pyramid or money schemes.
You will not use your email account to impersonate any person; and/or 'Spam' by posting frequent and/or annoying messages.
Material that you post must not contain links to 'browser bombs' (sites that open up multiple windows) or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
You agree that you will not post content, the display of which would infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. In particular, you represent and warrant that the content of your posting is original and not copied from any third party.
You agree that you will not use postings to offer items or services for sale or place advertisements for goods, products or services of third parties.
If you breach any of the provisions set out in these terms and conditions Theseer.info may immediately terminate your use of the service.
Theseer.info reserves the right not to circulate any material that you post in its absolute discretion.
You consent to Theseer.info monitoring your posting prior to distribution.
You consent to Theseer.info editing any posting it receives from you for the sole purpose of making it legible.
You consent to Theseer.info postings not being posted onto the live site at the reasonable discretion of your Theseer.info SuperUser, Primary Borough Local Authority SuperUser or Theseer.info Co-ordinator.
Limitations on use
The postings you read and receive from Theseer.info (the 'content') may be used only for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to modify, copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, create derivative works from, or store the content (or any portion thereof).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Theseer.info, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the services, your connection to the services, your violation of the Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
Theseer.info commits to approving your application as a registrant within 10 working days.
Theseer.info commits to approving any posting for news, what’s on and opportunities within 10 working days.
Personal information collected via online formsIn cases where we ask you for personal information via an online form, this information will only be used for the purpose indicated and will be held in a secure manner. It will not be used for any other purpose without your permission and will not be kept for longer than necessary. If you are concerned about providing your personal information online please contact us and we will arrange alternative means for you to provide this information
Please note that information about your organisation may be circulated to relevant non-commercial third parties for research purposes.
Service availabilityWhile Theseer.info shall endeavour to make this site available at all times, we will not be liable if, for any reason, the site is unavailable for any period of time. Access to this site may be suspended at any time without prior notice being given.Privacy Policy

You can access our website home page and browse our site to view services and activities. Our website enables you to communicate with other Registrants or to post information to be accessed by others. When you do so, other visitors may collect information about you.
What personal information do we collectIn some areas, we may ask you to register your name, email address and relevant personal details. We will also collect information from you if you complete any other forms on our site or if you contact us with comments or specific requests. This information is only used for the intended purpose and, if we wish to use it for any other purpose, we will ask you first.
Any registration will be available for use by the Primary Borough. A Primary Borough is the borough you select when completing a Registration Form. It is the borough where individual registrants, arts organisations or arts venues are based or work most often. Theseer.info Registrant information is only available to Theseer.info Local Authority Partners.
We may pass your details on to third party service providers who are partners of the Seer in the course of dealing with your request. These third parties are obliged to keep your details securely, will use them only to fulfil the request and will dispose of the information at the appropriate time.
Collecting information automatically
We collect web statistics automatically about your visit to our site. This information is used to help us follow browsing preferences on our site so that we can regularly improve our website. These statistics do not contain personal data and cannot be traced back to an individual.
A cookie is a small amount of data that Theseer.info generates for each member every time they log in to the site. Theseer.info uses a temporary cookie which contains only a single session identification number to allow a user to remain logged in to the website. This cookie does not contain any personal or private information. This technology allows Theseer.info to streamline members' use of the site. Members need to make sure that their browser is 'cookies enabled' for the customisable elements of Theseer.info to work properly. By using this technology, Theseer.info can effectively reduce the time that it takes members to log in, customize their home pages and submit any requests to the site. Asking us for information we may hold about you
You can ask us for information we may hold about you by sending postal mail to Theseer.info Partnership c/o Creative Development, Environment and Culture, Brent Council, 3rd Floor, Brent House, 349-357 High Road, Wembley, HA9 6BZ, and we will inform you within 40 days if we store any personal information about you.
You may also write to the above address to request a copy of your information and we will provide you with a legible copy of the personal data which we keep about you and to which you are entitled. This will be sent to you within 40 days of your request- although we may require proof of your identity and information to locate your personal data.
We reserve the right to make a charge for this service.
